How does this work?
You’ll receive an email a day for 5 days with tips and tricks on how to unwind, have fun and connect with friends without your go-to cocktail. As well as receive thought provoking topics, and small actionable items to achieve the healthiest, highest version of yourself.
You have the option to join a Facebook group to connect with likeminded women who are on this same adventure. It’s not require, but I highly encourage this form of engagement as community is key to success.

Who should NOT apply?
If you are an acute alcoholic, meaning, you are concerned if you quit drinking cold-turkey you may have serious physical withdrawal symptoms like seizures. If this is you, seek guidance from your doctor before starting this program, as an observed medical detox may be a better option for you.
